The report title you fill in appears as the title on the email. Example, Retail Replacement Report, Estate Value Report, Replacement Statement, Damage Report.

Up to five photos are available for an up to five item appraisal/report. The description field can hold additional titles and up to five items.  

Use voice to text for description field to speed up appraisal with less typing.

For photos, there is the option to take photo, or use one from photo roll.

Use our disclaimer field within the default settings as a sample or it can be changed and personalized for each appraiser and or each document.

Preview your finished work before emailing.

Email in PDF format to client.

Appraisal then appears in the "Sent Appraisals Window for editing or changes.
